Dave is excited and proud to be on the Board of Advisors for ICOR. He firmly believes that “the rising tide will lift all boats” and is excited to watch ICOR grow. Dave is actively involved in growing ICOR’s business member base and at attracting high quality speakers to educate ICOR’s members.
Outside of ICOR, Dave is a partner and real estate agent for High Street Real Estate. Utilizing his knowledge as an investor helps him to guide sellers and buyers in their home buying process. Naturally, Dave is passionate about helping individuals become investors themselves by educating and guiding them in their real estate investment needs.
Dave is an investor through and through. Between managing rentals, fix n’ flips, and constantly learning about new opportunities, his passion for investing is very strong.
Recently, Dave was invited to serve on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Real Estate Investors and is excited to be a valuable asset to the organization at a national level.
