Greg is first and foremost a real estate investor. He actively fixes and flips properties, maintains rentals, and dabbles in most other investing projects.  He’s done everything from wholesaling to fix & flips to rentals and is always open to new investments that make sense!

He is a founding member of ICOR and is currently on the Board of Advisors.  Greg is the main contact for ICOR needs, runs the website and also books the speakers for ICOR’s monthly meetings and bootcamps.

Greg is also a licensed mortgage broker and runs The Financing Group, providing both residential and commercial mortgages.  He works with everything from 1st time home buyers to creative financing with investors.

Greg owns and runs a credit repair company called Wellness Credit – they are a full service credit repair firm and provide education and credit advocacy nationwide. Wellness Credit works with many real estate professionals and investors to get credit scores up to help get more deals done.
