Advanced Real Estate Investor Monthly Meeting
This is a program geared to facilitate more advanced topics for investors.
Why: Real estate investors need to be connected to resources and information to stay ahead of the competition and run a profitable real estate business in which to have the lifestyle and financial independence they desire.
When: Meets monthly, every fourth Wednesday from 11:30am to 1:00 PM at Cafe Vino (1200 S. College Ave. Fort Collins, CO 80524).
What: Opportunity for advanced* real estate investors looking to network, troubleshoot and discuss deals and strategies to grow, manage and maintain their businesses. These meetings will be a round-table platform with a general agenda that will include opportunities to sell your deals, gain knowledge and acquire education in structuring real estate deals and strategies to profitably manage the business.
*Who (guidelines): Real estate investors that have at least two years of personal real estate investment experience and have done at least 5 real estate deals in their career (please bring in your 5 deals to share with the group).
