What: Opportunity for advanced* real estate investors looking to network, troubleshoot and discuss deals and strategies to grow, manage and maintain their businesses. These meetings will be a round-table platform with a general agenda that will include opportunities to sell your deals, gain knowledge and acquire education in structuring real estate deals and strategies to profitably manage the business.

*Who (guidelines): Real estate investors that have at least two years of personal real estate investment experience and have done at least 5 real estate deals in their career (please bring in your 5 deals to share with the group).

ICOR Bootcamps

ICOR hosts day and weekend-long boot camps where we bring in different professionals to present longer and more in-depth topics that can’t be covered in a regular meeting.  Previous bootcamps have included Apartment Investing, Reducing Your Tax Liability, Investing in Real Estate with your IRA, and Real Estate 101.

ICOR New Investor Program – Real Estate Basics

This program is offered once or twice a year and covers Real Estate investing from A to Z at an introductory level.  Perfect for the new investor or the seasoned investor looking for a refresher.  The program is a full day seminar taught by active real estate investors.

PhP – Professional Housing Provider Certification

The Professional Housing Provider program was adopted by National REIA to help groups educate and retain members. It has been one of National REIA’s more successful rollouts.  Real Estate as an entrepreneurial business is under attack. What took place last year was just the tip of the iceberg. States and locales throughout the country are writing legislation today which is designed to hamstring and kill our business. If we don’t take action now, establish certification, and enforce our Codes of Ethics, inside of five years there will be no Real Estate investing as we have it today. The ways we buy and sell property will be legislated out of existence. If we don’t organize now, it will shortly be too late. The flaming arrows are already in the air.
