As we look down the barrel of another potential quarantine, and no stimulus package insight for tenants, the question becomes what will the Colorado rental market look like in 2021? In the past few months there have been orders from the CDC that expire as of 12.31.20, and the Governor’s office has added guidelines in addition to the CDC. In addition, we are on the other side of the presidential election with the results that have us look heavily at the Biden housing plan.
