Professional Bio
A graduate of the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, tax attorney Peter McFarland has been licensed to practice law since 2011. He joined Long Law Group in 2013, where he became a partner in 2018. In late 2021, Peter became the principal and sole owner of the firm, changing its name to Fusion Legal & Tax to better describe the integration of services provided by our team of tax attorneys, bookkeepers, tax accountants, and CPAs. Peter has extensive experience with LLC structuring for optimal tax and asset protection outcomes, namely in the field of real estate investing. He also provides expert counsel to his clients on matters ranging from traditional estate planning to proactive tax strategies. In his off-hours, Peter can be found hiking with his wife and dog or practicing his tai chi forms.
