Michael's first rental purchase was a single-family bungalow in Florida, back in 2011. In 2012 he purchased his first multi-family property, and hasn't looked back. He relocated to Colorado in 2017 and purchased a 4-unit in Colorado Springs and a 2-unit in Aurora in 2018. His business how owns 96 rental units across Colorado, Arizona and the greater Kansas City area.
