Methodology

Starting May 2020, Every month, we will distribute a static questionnaire to a base of a seasoned and respected group of Colorado Real Estate Investors who have been actively investing prior to 2008, ideally before 2001. The survey remains open for a week, after which we compile and analyze the data to establish trends and calculate the Index’s weighted averages. We also provide editorial to explain the results, based on the comments and conversations we have with participating Colorado Investors. All responses are kept confidential to allow our contributors to share their perspectives in a respectful, truthful, unbiased, and collegial setting.
